Participate in a challenging 45 minute workout with a group of friends, family or co-workers. Our small groups are designed to give you the optimum fitness experience while still providing individual attention.
We will prepare your student athlete to perform at their optimum level with a custom strength and conditioning program designed specifically for their individual need.
This program is designed to introduce the foundations of functional movement & sports performance with an emphasis on skill development. We will provide close guidance as we teach developmentally appropriate strength training exercises, sprint techniques and other performance based skills to maximize results & safety. Not only will this program promote improved body awareness & self-esteem, but participants will experience noticeable performance gains due to an increase in functional strength

1. What hours are you open?
We are open by appointment only. If you are interested in setting up an appointment, give us a call!
2. What classes do you offer?
We currently offer two specialty boot camps each year, one in the fall and one in the spring. We also offer various specialty classes throughout the year such as TRX and strength building. These classes will be posted as they become available and you will be able to register on line.
3. What time are your your classes?
The majority of our classes are in the morning and evening. However, we will make exceptions for privately registered small group classes. Simply give us a call to set up your small group class.
4. Are there showers or changing facilities at the gym?
No, we are a small studio specializing in personal and athletic training. We have a small area for changing, but no showers or lockers.
5. Do you offer gym memberships?
We do offer specialized memberships, such as extended personal training and nutrition packages. For more information give us a call.
6. Can I cancel a scheduled personal training session?
Yes, as long as you give at least 24 hours notice. Any sessions cancelled within the 24 hours will be charged the contracted rate and cannot be "Made up".
