TRX Basic:

New to TRX? Start w/this simple workout as you increase total-body flexibility, promote mobility & stability and develop core strength. This class focuses on technique, flexibility, balance & strength by developing basic foundational exercises through easy to follow progressions.

TRX C.O.R.E.:

Engage all your muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance & flexibility with this total-body conditioning program.  We set the reps, you set the intensity.  All Core All The Time! *Must register separately for this class*

TRX BOOTCAMP:

Ready to challenge your workouts w/high intensity, powerful movements at faster tempos? This class has 30 secong timed interval sets combining TRX, Rowing, Cycling, Jump Rope & Cardio drills. Guaranteed to keep your heart rate pumping & burning mega calories while you're engaged in intense body conditioning.

1. What hours are you open?

We are open by appointment only.  If you are interested in setting up an appointment, give us a call!


2. What classes do you offer?

We currently offer two specialty boot camps each year, one in the fall and one in the spring.  We also offer various specialty classes throughout the year such as TRX and strength building.  These classes will be posted as they become available and you will be able to register on line.


3. What time are your your classes?

The majority of our classes are in the morning and evening.  However, we will make exceptions for privately registered small group classes.  Simply give us a call to set up your small group class.


4. Are there showers or changing facilities at the gym?

No, we are a small studio specializing in personal and athletic training.  We have a small area for changing, but no showers or lockers.


5. Do you offer gym memberships?

We do offer specialized memberships, such as extended personal training and nutrition packages.  For more information give us a call.


6.  Can I cancel a scheduled personal training session?

Yes, as long as you give at least 24 hours notice.  Any sessions cancelled within the 24 hours will be charged the contracted rate and cannot be "Made up".
